Text
§926. Civil penalties
A.Any person who violates a provision of this Part or a regulation adopted pursuant
to the provisions of this Part shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than one hundred
dollars per violation.
B.Civil penalties may be assessed only by ruling of the commissioner based upon
an adjudicatory hearing held in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative
Procedure Act and this Part.
