§665. Administration of Part
A.The Louisiana Board of Animal Health shall administer the provisions of this
Part.
B.The Louisiana Board of Animal Health shall determine the day or days on which
each livestock market chartered under the provisions of this Part may conduct sales.
C.Each livestock market in operation on April 1, 2019, shall retain the sale day or
contiguous day on which the livestock market was conducting sales prior to April 1, 2019.
