Text

The commission shall select its own chairman and vice-chairman, and fix the terms and duties of these offices; prescribe rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings and operation; meet quarterly or oftener on call of the chairman, or on petition to the chairman by four members of the commission. Meetings shall be held at the offices of the commission, or elsewhere as the commission may elect from time to time. The commissioners shall receive no salary or per diem, but shall be reimbursed for actual and reasonable expenses incurred in attendance upon meetings or other works undertaken at the direction of the commission
