§3810. Violations A. Failure to comply with any provision of this Chapter or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Chapter shall constitute a violation. Violations include but are not limited to:
(1)Performing any of the following acts in a regulated profession or occupation
without either a valid appropriate license or permit issued by the commissioner or without
a regular employee who holds a valid appropriate license or permit issued by the
commissioner:
(a)Engaging in or doing any form of work in a regulated profession or occupation.
(b)Receiving income, whether directly or indirectly, for engaging in or doing any
form of work in a regulated profession or occupation.
(c)Advertising, soliciting, or otherwise attempting to obtain any form of work in a
regulated professio
