§ 3:1734 — Promulgation of rules and regulations
Louisiana·Title 3 Agriculture and Forestry
In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, the commissioner may adopt rules and regulations necessary to enforce the provisions of Part III or III-A of this Chapter.
