§1021. Proceeds of alimony tax may be used to purchase lands to donate The police juries of the various parishes of the state are authorized to appropriate funds out of the general alimony tax, for the purpose of purchasing lands to be donated to the United States Government for use by the United States in the maintenance and operation of agricultural experiment and research stations.
