§27.1. Airport parking exemption for certain disabled veterans
A.All air carrier airports shall provide free airport parking for a disabled veteran, his
conveyance, and his passengers if the disabled veteran provides proof of his
service-connected disability of fifty percent or more in the form of a military honor license
plate as provided for in R.S. 47:490.4 and 490.31, a disabled veteran identification card
issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, or a completed certificate from
the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs certifying that the disabled veteran has a
service-connected disability of fifty percent or more, as determined by the United States
Department of Veterans Affairs.
