§445. Video draw poker employee permits; categories; permit term A. Except as provided in R.S. 27:449, on or after January 1, 2004, no person shall be employed as a video draw poker employee unless that person is the holder of a valid video draw poker employee permit. B. There shall be the following categories of video draw poker employee permits:
(1)Certified technician level one. A person issued this permit shall be authorized to conduct the activities as defined in R.S. 27:402(2).
(2)Certified technician level two. A person issued this permit shall be authorized to conduct the activities as defined in R.S. 27:402(3).
(3)Repealed by Acts 2009, No. 92, §2.
