§406. Ticket vouchers and accounting tickets A. Each video draw poker device must be capable of printing a ticket voucher for the player at the completion of each game. If credits are owed the player, the ticket must contain each of the following:
(1)The name of the licensed establishment.
(2)The address of the establishment.
(3)The value of the prize in numbers.
(4)The value of the prize in words.
(5)The time of day, in hours and minutes in a twenty-four-hour format.
(6)The date.
(7)The device license number or serial number up to eight digits.
(8)The sequential number of the ticket voucher.
(9)An encrypted validation number from which the validity of the prize can be
determined.
