§29.3. Employee training; supplier suitability A.

(1)Any employee or dealer training school, other than employee or training schools conducted by a licensee, or the casino gaming operator, shall be conducted at an institution approved by the Board of Regents or the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
(2)Any person who, directly or indirectly, furnishes services or goods to the holder of a license as defined in R.S. 27:44 or 353, the casino gaming operator, or a sports wagering operator as defined in R.S. 27:602, regardless of the dollar amount of the goods and services furnished or who has a business association with the holder of a license as defined in R.S. 27:44 or 353, the casino operator, or a sports wagering operator as defined in R.S. 27:602 is subject to the jurisdi
