§801. Legislative intent and purpose The legislative intent and purpose of this Chapter are to provide a structure for the business relations between a wholesaler and a supplier of beer. Regulation in this area is considered necessary for the following reasons:
(1)To maintain stability and healthy competition in the beer industry in this state.
(2)To promote and maintain a sound, stable, and viable three-tier system of distribution of beer to the public.
(3)To promote the public health, safety, and welfare.
