§496. Sale of alcoholic beverages in Washington Parish
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary of this Part, Chapter 3 of this Title, or
any other law, but subject to the provisions of Chapters 1 and 2 of this Title, the governing
authorities of Washington Parish and any municipality within Washington Parish may
regulate but shall not prohibit the sale or consumption of high or low alcohol content
beverages in Washington Parish.
