§ 26:273 — Limitations on the issuance of state permits; exceptions

§273. Limitations on the issuance of state permits; exceptions A. The commissioner shall not:
(1)Issue a permit for the conduct of a business of dealing in beverages of low
alcoholic content in any subdivision of the state wherein that business has been prohibited
by a local option election held under the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 26 of the Louisiana
Revised Statutes of 1950.
(2)Issue a wholesale dealer's permit to a person or his spouse possessing a
manufacturer's permit, retail dealer's permit of either Class A or Class B, or a microbrewer's
permit. This prohibition does not apply to persons who have held both wholesale dealer's
and retail dealer's permits continuously since July 31, 1946.
(3)Issue a retail dealer's permit to a person or his or her spouse possessing a
manufactu
