§ 26:171

Louisiana·Title 26 Liquors - Alcoholic Beverages
§171. General penalty Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter or any rule or regulation of the commissioner, where no other penalty is provided for in this Chapter, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both.
