§ 26:141

Louisiana·Title 26 Liquors - Alcoholic Beverages
§141. Export of beverages controlled by commissioner The commissioner may promulgate rules regulating the sale, handling, distribution, storage, and transportation of alcoholic beverages for delivery beyond the borders of the state. The failure to comply with any such rule shall, in addition to any other penalties imposed by this Chapter, be cause for the suspension or revocation of the dealer's permit. Acts 1987, No. 696, §1.
