Text
The commission is hereby authorized to accept, administer, and make use of donations and grants of property, real and personal, for the construction, use and maintenance of the center from private donors or other bodies corporate and politic; and to receive funds, public or private, to be expended for the purpose of the center, its scientific and cultural activities and exhibits and other properties and structures and additions and accretions thereto. The commission shall annually elect one of its members to serve as chairman, one to serve as vice-chairman, and one to serve as secretary-treasurer.
