§224. Naming of library by governing authority of St. John the Baptist Parish Notwithstanding R.S. 42:267 or any other law to the contrary, the governing authority of St. John the Baptist Parish may name the parish library's central branch in LaPlace in honor of Norris Butch Millet Sr., a living person who has served on the St. John the Baptist Parish Library Board of Control since 1966 and is a past board president and vice president.
