§1305. Advice
The parish planning and zoning departments of Concordia, Tensas, Madison, and
East Carroll parishes, and all its subcommittees, shall serve in an advisory capacity to the
commission, relative to the trail or any projects contemplated by or to be undertaken by the
commission.
