§ 24:802 — Creation; composition

§802. Creation; composition A. There is hereby created a Louisiana Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations. B. The commission shall be composed of nineteen members as follows:
(1)Three elected municipal officials appointed by the executive board of the
Louisiana Municipal Association or their designees.
(2)Three elected parish government officials appointed by the executive
board of the Louisiana Police Jury Association or their designees.
(3)Three elected school board officials appointed by the Louisiana School
Board Association or their designees.
(4)The superintendent of education or his designee.
(5)The secretary of Louisiana Economic Development or his designee.
(6)The secretary of the Louisiana Department of Revenue or his designee.
