§107. Finances
A.The commission may apply for, contract for, receive, and expend for purposes of
this Part any appropriation or grant from the state, its political subdivisions, the federal
government, or any other public or private source.
B.The books and records of the commission shall be subject to audit by the
legislative auditor pursuant to R.S. 24:513.
