§ 22:734 — Review and stay of action; supervision

Louisiana·Title 22 Insurance
During the period of supervision, the insurer may contest an action taken or proposed to be taken by the supervisor, specifying the manner wherein the action being complained of would not result in improving the condition of the insurer. Denial of the insurer's request upon reconsideration shall entitle the insurer to request the appropriate review of administrative procedures. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:734 redesignated as R.S. 22:2006 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
