§550.1. Purpose and short title
The purpose of this Subpart is to regulate the formation and operation of domestic
captive insurance companies within the state of Louisiana. This Subpart may be known and
cited as the "Creating Holistic Options in Coverage for Enterprise and Self-Insurance Law"
or "CHOICES Law".
