§1660.7. Confidentiality; documents and information; exceptions
Information provided to the commissioner by a pharmacy services administrative
organization pursuant to R.S. 22:1660.2(B) and 1660.3, as well as the terms and conditions
of any contract between a pharmacy services administrative organization and a pharmacy
benefit manager, a pharmacist, or a pharmacy except for the identity of the contracting
parties, and such other proprietary information as specifically identified by the pharmacy
services administrative organization shall be given confidential treatment, shall not be
subject to subpoena, and shall not be made public by the commissioner, the National
