§ 22:1351 — Applicability

§1351. Applicability
A.This Subpart shall apply to travel insurance where policies or certificates are
delivered or issued for delivery in this state.
B.This Subpart shall not apply to cancellation fee waivers and travel assistance
services, except as expressly provided herein.
NOTE: Former R.S. 22:1351 redesignated as R.S. 22:2191 by Acts 2008,
No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
