Text

Except as otherwise provided in this Subpart, provisions of the insurance law and provisions of this Title shall not be applicable to minimal benefit hospital and medical policies, unless as provided in this Subpart. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:1251 redesignated as R.S. 22:1905 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
