§ 19:351

Louisiana·Title 19 Corporations and Associations

§351. Property, governing authority defined As used in this Part:

(1)"Governing authority" means the governing authority of the parish of St. Tammany.
(2)"Property" means any portion of immovable property, including servitudes, rights-of-way, and other rights in or to immovable property. Acts 2006, No. 542, §1, eff. June 22, 2006; Acts 2010, No. 198, §1, eff. June 9, 2010.
