§431.1. Examinations for courses of instruction A. In order to satisfactorily complete the courses of instruction provided for in R.S. 18:431(A) and R.S. 18:433, an applicant for certification shall achieve a minimum score on a written examination as provided in this Section. B. The secretary of state shall prepare and shall distribute to the several clerks of court the examination to be used for each course of instruction as required by Subsection A of this Section. The secretary of state shall determine the correct answer for each question and shall determine the minimum examination score required for certification. C. Each examination shall include but shall not necessarily be limited to questions relating to the following subject matters:
