§1367.1. Applicability of Subpart; definitions
A.To the extent any provisions of this Subpart regarding legal and contractual
remedies for the procurement of voting systems conflict with any provision of Title 39 of the
Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the provisions of this Subpart shall supersede and
control.
B.As used in this Subpart, "commissioner" means the commissioner of
administration.
