§5121. Effectiveness of Chapter; continuance of certain tuition payments
A.Awards pursuant to this Chapter may be made for the first time such that
payments would be made beginning with the 1998-1999 school year.
B.Students graduating from high school or who have successfully completed at the
twelfth grade level a home study program approved by the State Board of Elementary and
Secondary Education during a 1996-1997 school year and thereafter may apply for and if
otherwise qualified be eligible to receive an Opportunity Award, Performance Award, or
Honors Award as provided by this Chapter.
