§ 17:5061 — Administering agency

§5061. Administering agency
The provisions of this Chapter shall be administered by the Board of Regents. The
administering agency shall provide by rule adopted as provided by the Administrative
Procedure Act for all matters necessary to the implementation of this Chapter.
