Text

A. When the state superintendent advises the board of what he has reason to believe is a serious impairment of educational quality in any local system piloting a program pursuant to this Chapter resulting from such pilot program or when the board takes its own account of such an occurrence, the board may intervene in the pilot program and require corrective action. If such corrective action fails to correct the impairment, the board may withdraw the approval for the pilot program and demand return of any unexpended funds. B. The board shall:

(1)Adopt and promulgate any rules necessary for the implementation of this Chapter.
(2)Establish a Teacher Incentive Pay Model Program Advisory Committee made up of not more than fifteen nor less than nine members representing teachers, administrator
