§3140.14. Recovery on contracts
No recovery shall be had on any contract for or in connection with a course of
instruction by any owner selling or administering a course if the solicitor for the owner was
not the holder of a valid permit as required by the provisions of this Chapter at the time the
contract was negotiated or the course sold.
