Text

A. Before the board makes a loan for an applicant, the applicant shall enter into a contract with the board, agreeing to the terms and conditions upon which the loan shall be made, which said contract shall include such terms and provisions as will carry out the full purpose and intent of this Chapter. The form for the contract shall be prepared and approved by the board and shall be signed by such officer or employee of the board as the board shall designate, and shall be signed by the applicant. B.

(1)The obligation of the applicant to repay a loan pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall remain in effect until the applicant has repaid the loan and the interest thereon as provided in this Chapter or the board has forgiven the loan, all in accordance with the terms of the contract
