Text

A. Before the commission makes a loan for an applicant, the applicant shall enter into a contract with the Louisiana Student Financial Assistance Commission, agreeing to the terms and conditions upon which the loan shall be made, which said contract shall include such terms and provisions as will carry out the full purpose and intent of this Chapter. The form for the contract shall be prepared and approved by the attorney general and shall be signed by such officer or employee of the commission as the commission shall designate, and shall be signed by the applicant. B.

(1)The obligation of the applicant to repay a loan pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall remain in effect until the applicant has repaid the loan and the interest thereon as provided in this Chapter or the commiss
