§2922.1. Dual Enrollment Framework Task Force; creation; purpose; membership; definitions; reporting; termination A. The Dual Enrollment Framework Task Force is hereby created under the jurisdiction of the Board of Regents for the purpose of making recommendations for the establishment and implementation of a statewide dual enrollment framework designed to provide universal access to dual enrollment courses to all qualified public high school juniors and seniors. B.

(1)The task force shall be composed of fifteen members as follows:
(a)The governor or his designee.
(b)The commissioner of higher education or his designee.
(c)The state superintendent of education or his designee.
(d)The president of the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education or his designee.
