§2048.31. Allied health professionals training programs; student admittance; documentation; records; authorization to obtain criminal history record information

A.Every vocational institute, college, university, school, and institution offering training for an allied health professional identified for study by the commission shall, beginning no later than sixty days after notice to it by the commission, keep a record of every request received for admittance into said training program. Such record shall be maintained for each different program identified and shall document the response to the request, whether the response was admittance, denial, wait listing, or diversion into another program.
