§1977.2. Board of directors; creation; membership; terms; powers; voting; compensation A. There is hereby created a board of directors for the school, referred to in this Part as the "board". The board shall be composed of thirteen members as follows:

(1)Three members appointed by the state-recognized Pointe-au-Chien Indian Tribe.
(2)One member appointed by the state-recognized Isle-De-Jean-Charles Band of Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw Indians of Louisiana.
(3)One member appointed by the governor.
(4)One member appointed by the Council for the Development of French in Louisiana who is an employee of the council.
(5)One member appointed by the Consul General of France in Louisiana.
(6)One member appointed by the Grand Caillou/Dulac Band of Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw.
