§1516. Creation; administration

A.The Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport is hereby created and established at Shreveport, Louisiana.

B.The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College shall administer the affairs of the institution herein provided for. Added by Acts 1965, No. 2, §§1, 2; Acts 2005, No. 145, §1, eff. July 1, 2005.
