§911. Additional salary of district attorney
A.The district attorney of the Fortieth Judicial District shall receive,
in addition to the salary paid by the state, an annual salary of four thousand
eight hundred fifty dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant by the
governing authority of the parish of St. John the Baptist.
B.The governing authority of the parish of St. John the Baptist shall
annually budget an amount sufficient to pay the salary fixed in Subsection A
of this Section.
