Text

§543. Assistant district attorneys The offices of assistant district attorneys of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District of this state, comprising the parish of Jefferson, are hereby created. The minimum number of assistant district attorneys shall be as set out in R.S. 16:51 and any additional assistant district attorneys that shall be appointed by the district attorney. Each assistant district attorney shall serve at the pleasure of the district attorney.
