§487. Fourth assistant district attorney A. The office of fourth assistant district attorney of the Twenty-Second Judicial District of Louisiana is hereby created. B.

(1)The fourth assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for his services as such officer a salary of not less than two thousand four hundred dollars per year, payable on his own warrant. The additional salary shall be paid by the parishes comprising the Twenty-Second Judicial District of Louisiana, apportioned as follows:
(a)By the parish of St. Tammany, the sum of one thousand two hundred dollars per year.
(b)By the parish of Washington, the sum of one thousand two hundred dollars per year.
