§421. Additional salary of the district attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial District The district attorney of the Nineteenth Judicial District of this state shall receive, in addition to the salary paid him by the state, in lieu of all other fees, an annual salary of not less than eleven thousand seven hundred fifty dollars, nor more than such sum as may be established from time to time by the governing authority of the parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the amount so established to be payable monthly by said parish on the warrant of the said district attorney.
