§451. Additional salary of district attorney The district attorney of the Twenty-First Judicial District of this state shall receive, in addition to the salary now paid him by the state, an annual salary of nine thousand five hundred dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant, by the parishes comprising the Twenty-First Judicial District, apportioned as follows:
(1)By the parish of Tangipahoa, the sum of five thousand three hundred
dollars per annum.
(2)By the parish of Livingston, the sum of three thousand dollars per
annum.
(3)By the parish of St. Helena, the sum of one thousand two hundred
dollars per annum.
