§ 16:431 — Additional salary of district attorney

§431. Additional salary of district attorney The district attorney of the Twentieth Judicial District of this state shall receive, in addition to the salary now paid him by the state, an annual salary of three thousand five hundred dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant by the parishes comprising said district and apportioned as follows:
(1)By the parish of East Feliciana, the sum of one thousand seven
hundred fifty dollars per annum.
(2)By the parish of West Feliciana, the sum of one thousand seven
hundred fifty dollars per annum.
