§425. Fixing assistant district attorneys' salaries; budget
The governing authority of the parish of East Baton Rouge is hereby
authorized to fix and establish the annual salaries to be received by and paid
to the assistant district attorneys for the Nineteenth Judicial District out of
parish funds, within the minimum and maximum salary ranges provided in
R.S. 16:424, and when so fixed and established, the said governing authority
shall annually budget an amount sufficient to pay said salaries.
