§841. Establishment; purpose The Northeast Louisiana Correctional Center is hereby created as a political corporation, with power to sue and be sued. It shall be administered by a board of governors. Added by Acts 1974, No. 690, §1. Amended by Acts 1975, No. 678, §2; Acts 1985, No. 447, §1.
