Text

A.During the course of any investigation which the Department of Corrections is authorized by law to conduct, or any investigation necessary to the rehabilitation of persons in the custody of the Department of Corrections, said department shall have access to information and records under the control of any state or local agency which are reasonably related to the rehabilitation of the individual, which information shall be maintained in the file or case record of the offender. This information shall include circumstances attending the commission of the offense for which the offender was or is to be incarcerated, placed on probation, or released on parole, subsequent offenses that occur while under supervision, the offender's history of delinquency, or criminality as a juvenile and adult,
