§180. Special reporting requirements
In addition to the general oversight requirements provided by law, the office shall
submit an annual report to the legislature not later than February first of each year,
commencing in 1999. The report shall include a comprehensive status report on the office's
activities, expenditures, decisions, and actions for the previous fiscal year. The report shall
be directed to the chairmen of the standing committees of the Senate Committee on Judiciary
B and the House Committee on the Administration of Criminal Justice.
