§150. Executive staff for office; general qualifications A. The office shall employ an executive office staff as necessary to carry out the duties of the office, and the state public defender shall appoint any other officers as necessary to conduct the business of the office, subject to appropriation. B. Any person eligible to be employed in an executive staff position shall meet each of the following qualifications:

(1)Be a person of good character, honesty, and integrity.
(2)Be a citizen of the United States.
(3)Following his employment, be a domiciliary of Louisiana who is registered to vote in Louisiana. C. The executive staff positions shall be permanent, full-time state employees of the office. D. In addition to the general qualifications provided for in Subsection B of this Secti
