Text
The organization of the policy board shall be as follows:
(1)The chairman of the policy board shall be the representative of the Supreme Court of Louisiana as designated by the chief justice. The vice chairman shall be designated by the governor from the membership of the policy board. The chairman shall serve as the chief executive officer of the policy board.
(2)The domicile of the policy board shall be East Baton Rouge Parish. The policy board shall hold public meetings quarterly, except as otherwise provided by vote of the policy board or by order of the chairman. A meeting of the policy board shall be called at any time upon the request of one-half of the members. Two-thirds of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
